Gugulethu Sophie Mbatha, also called Gugu is a British stage actress and film actor. Her fame was boosted by appearing on the BBC's Doctor Who', a British TV show that is a science fiction. Gugu's role in the show as Tish Jones became very well-known. Tish Jones is the younger sister of Martha Jones. Gugu was destined for an acting career after her fans were captivated by the vivacious and spirited personality. Gugu has also appeared in various British TV and stage productions. Her work has garnered critical acclaim for her roles in the British period dramas like 'Belle' (2013) and Beyond the Lights' (2014). Apart from starring in American movies like Tom Hanks' comedy 'Larry Crowne", she also played on TV shows like "Undercover" as well as Touch'. Gugu Mbatha Raw was in the show "Nell Gwynn" written by Jessica Swale as an actress who was also the mistress to King Charles II. Gugu received plenty of praise from critics that were extremely pleased with her performance as well as her performance. Chelsea Joy Handler was born on the 25th of February, 1975, in Livingston, New Jersey. Her family comprised six members and Chelsea Joy Handler being the youngest. Handler lived with a family with six kids. Her mother was employed at home and her father sold cars used by other people. Her mother was a German immigrant who came to the United States in 1958. In 1989 her diagnosis was cancer and died ten years afterward. Handler was born into a Reform Judaism family. Her father was Jewish. Handler had a happy and healthy living in a posh community. At the age of 19 and relocated from the city of her birth to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. Handler became an actress in order to help her. Handler started doing stand-up as a full-time comedian when she turned 21. She realized she is gifted at story telling. Handler's stand-up career began when she was part of an all-female Oxygen TV show in the reality show with a hidden camera and practical humor show Girls Behaving Unsteadily. It ran between 2002 and 2005. The handler began to appear on various other programs, including Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler started her career as a journalist for The Tonight Show. Handler made her breakthrough in 2006 when she began running her own talk show for E! named The Chelsea Handler Show. The Chelsea Handler Show lasted two years. Following the show, Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend, HBO and Comedy Central have all broadcasted her stand-up comedy shows. The show was announced to host the MTV's 2010 MTV Video Music Awards in 2010. She became the second woman in the history of television, after Roseanne Barr, to host VMAs.
